Электронная библиотека создавалась мучительно и долго. Не сказать, что каждый день, но с 2001 года каждый из нас по отдельности или вместе уделял ей своё, как казалось, драгоценное время. Тем приятнее сейчас, когда она работает и уже появился свой круг читателей. И уже забылись бессонные ночи и неутомимые споры. И вот в феврале 2003 года был открыт общий доступ к библиотеке. |

| Одной из первоначальной задач библиотеки было и есть создание информационного источника. Читатель должен знать автора и переводчика в лицо. Тем самым мы стремимся объединить авторов, переводчиков и читателей. |

| Мы очень трепетно относимся ко всем авторам и переводчикам, поэтому, по мере возможности и наличия адреса или телефона мы стараемся оповещать владельцев авторских прав о размещении их произведений у нас в открытом доступе. Также трепетно мы относимся и к читателям и пытаемся отвечать на все письма если они подразумевают ответ. |
